We are always on the hunt for innovative, proactive and passionate marketing and communication professionals who are as excited about properties as we are. This time, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning Marketing team.
Our ideal candidate will help plan, co-ordinate, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns – working with our Marketing Leads and other specialist members of the team to implement and manage campaign activity.
They will also support lead management, report on results, and recommend adjustments to maximise ROI.
This role requires strong project management skills in a broad range of marketing disciplines to effectively deliver campaigns in support of the business, including social content development, webinar execution, paid digital advertising, sales enablement, and asset creation.
Key responsibilities:
- Help devise campaigns to create leads and drive business growth, then take the lead in execution of agreed campaigns.
- Brief copywriters and designers to ensure high quality and effective marketing campaign materials in line with business objectives.
- Manage integrated campaigns from concept development to execution using Monday.com, tracking and managing tasks across multiple stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work with the extended marketing team to integrate campaign-related content production, brand and reputation programs, direct customer comms, social engagement, and internal communications.
- Oversee the development of weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance – ensuring they are generating leads and strong ROI.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure marketing programmes are aligned with business needs while managing lead conversion end to end.
What you will need:
- Marketing degree or equivalent marketing qualifications.
- Experience in similar roles within marketing – knowledge of Dubai real estate is a plus.
- Ability to execute a diverse range of marketing disciplines such as events, digital and social.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Outstanding English language skills, able to write and review copy and communicate easily with a large range of stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and a passion for achieving measurable results.
