About Arabian Ranches 3
Arabian Ranches III is one of the new developments in Dubailand, away from the central city yet well-connected. After the successful completion of the first two phases of Arabian Ranches, Emaar Properties launched Arabian Ranches 3 in 2019. The project is being developed in several phases, out of which some clusters are almost completed while others are under construction. Altogether, AR III will boast more than 4,000 villas and townhouses arranged in distinct clusters in each sub-community.

Located at a short drive from the previously completed districts, Arabian Ranches 3 Dubai is directly accessible from the Emirates Road (E611) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). It is connected to the neighbouring localities via Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street.

The size of a villa may range from 1,900 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft. and around 1,900 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. for townhomes likewise. Each cluster has a choice of units based on the architectural styles and configuration type.

Members of the Christian community can head to Jebel Ali where they can find St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and other churches at short intervals. Moreover, Guru Nanak Darbar in Jebel Ali is around 20 minutes away by car.

Driving a little farther, one can reach Silicon Oasis via Emirates Road (E611). Ranches 3 is 8 minutes away from Arabian Ranches 2. The latter lies next to The Villa and is in proximity to the Hamdan Sports Complex.
